CardVogue Purchase Policies
Never Go Back Guarantee
We’re so confident in the efficiency and effectiveness of our CardVogue business cards that we make you this promise: If you ever find the need to print another paper business card or create a QR code for business networking purposes again, we will refund your CardVogue card purchase in full.
Terms and Conditions:
Proof of Necessity: To claim the guarantee, customers must provide evidence of the printed paper business card or the created QR code, along with a brief explanation of why they felt the need to revert to these methods. CardVogue will ask for a chance to rectify these issues and to make good of any issues.
Original Purchase:
Refunds will be processed for the original purchase price of the CardVogue card. Any additional services or accessories purchased separately are not covered under this guarantee.
Time Frame:
The guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the CardVogue card. However, claims must be made within 14 days of the printing of the paper business card or the creation of the QR code.
Limitations:
This guarantee is limited to one claim per customer. Once a refund is processed, the associated CardVogue card will be deactivated and unusable. All costs incurred by us will be refunded, shipping costs would not be able to be refunded.
Exclusions:
Business cards printed or QR codes created for purposes other than business networking (e.g., event invitations, promotional materials) are not covered under this guarantee.
Proof of Purchase:
Customers must provide proof of their CardVogue card purchase when making a claim. Customers responsibility to return CardVogue goods.
Reprint Policy
If you received a printed product that you&re dissatisfied with, please inform us via email and provide pictures of the product to info@cardvoque.com. Please highlight what you consider deficient, so we may advise and make changes where necessary.
Any error in production or you received anything different from the approved proof; London Business Advisor Limited will provide a reprint with no additional cost to you.
We cannot, however, be held responsible for customer errors, inability to visualise the final product(s) or inexperience with respect to warnings* sent out with all artwork proofs.

Return Policy
On the odd occasion, you may be asked to return the product. Please only do this when London Business Advisor Limited has requested.

Shipping Policy
CardVogue is responsible for your order from placement, to production and packaging. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ceases.
Thus, any items damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier themselves.
If your order is returned to us due to being undeliverable, a reshipment fee, 110% of the initial shipping charge, will be required.
Please include a phone number with your order so that you may be easily contacted in the event that there is a problem with delivery.
Shipment Tracking Numbers
As CardVogue custom creates its products per individual order, shipment tracking numbers are not available until production is completed. You may be able to track your order with the carrier provided.
Turnaround Times
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Standard CardVogue Models are delivered within 5-7 days of confirmed purchase.
Custom CardVogue Models shipping times are post design process.
In the event that we are unable to complete production within the specified time frame, we will accommodate for the additional time spent on production with a faster shipping method so that you can still receive your order on/around the estimated delivery date.
Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee delivery dates, the date you are provided with is simply an estimate.
On rare occasions, where the print output may not meet our quality control standards, we’ll have no choice but to reprint your order, causing delays.
Customs Policy for International Orders
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. CardVogue does not have control over these fees, nor can we predict the exact cost of these fees.
Thus, we are not responsible for informing you of the specific fees that may apply; it is your responsibility, as the customer and the importer, to check what your country’s requirements are for all customs fees, before placing your order.
Please also be advised that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
