All CardVogue physical products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and NFC functionality failures under normal use.

How to submit a warranty claim
A straightforward process — most claims resolved within 48 hours.

Approved claims are processed within 48 hours. We confirm the outcome by email.
Replacement Shipped
Your replacement card is dispatched within 5–7 business days at no additional cost.

All traffic between users and CardVogue servers is encrypted end-to-end using 256-bit SSL/TLS. No data travels in plain text.

If you discover a security vulnerability in CardVogue products or infrastructure, please report it responsibly. We take all security reports seriously and commit to a 48-hour response window for verified reports.
We do not pursue legal action against security researchers who report issues in good faith and follow responsible disclosure guidelines.
